Just wondering if anybody knows whether or not there will be an aftermartket threaded barrel for the L or if they'll even come out with an actual Tact model. Thanks!

Well the P30L was the result of the Norwegians request. So the only way we'll see a P30 Tactical or P30L Tactical will be if some country, or agency request and pays for one to be made.

Police. In ToR for new pistol for norwegian police there was minimum barel lenght. Becouse P30 was too short, HK just made it longer. Just like P30 was made based on P2000 to beat contract for german border guards pistol, when ToR was "written for" Walther P99.
