I am new to the Forum and wanted to say hello.
Im fully infected with HKitis and Black Rifle Disease. ARs and HK pistol are like bread and butter.
I just picked up a P30L its possibly the nicest looking pistol out there in my opinion. It shoots like a top.

Welcome to the forum and nice collection! I think its safe to say that you really like the P30 ;). Take a close look at the HK45 for your next purchase.

As much as I love HKs, I do absolutely LOVE how Berettas look. Are they fairly reliable, though? I plan on getting one some day.

And how much longer is the P30L barrel? It's probably accurate as all hell.

A Beretta is supremely reliable. The stories floating around the internet about unreliability are due to the military issuing some bad magazines to go with the guns. The magazines failed to feed properly and word spread. The internet blew it out of proportion and out of context.

I am not the best of shots I really cant tell much difference between the P30 and P30L on my Targets, but I can tell a difference between the Beretta and the HKs. I shoot the HKs much better.

Shot a Berretta 96 on Friday, thing was huge and heavy. Shot very nice, although the trigger and sights were way different and worse for me than the HK's, but I don't fault Berretta for that, just different than what I am used to. HK's and 1911's seem to go hand in hand better for me that with other brands. Anyway, the Bretta 96 made my USP feel small, and my HK45 feel GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
