I'm excited, but also broke.

oh well! at least I have a nice big .45 to keep me safe from the bad guys now haha.

This will not be carry. I'll take it to the range, and it'll stay in my nightstand... that's about it :)

Well played, sir. Shoot her in good health. You might look into a Hogue handall rubber sleeve - my friend put one on his USP45f and it improved the hand feel.

yeah, next thing to get along with a holster...

you guys have any reccs for holsters? (left hand)

oh, and how can I get this thing switched over to a left side? (for the safety/slide release etc) I heard its somewhat involving and a gunsmith should do it (i don't honestly think I can...)

where do I get the kit for this?

what about the left hand safety?

I guess I could go for ambi, but i'd prefer V2 like. just the left...

i just looked and you can't switch the slide release, so that can stay I guess lol

I just bought a Blackhawk Sportster holster and love it. Give 'em a look and see if you're interested. www.blackhawk.com

The Hogue slip on grip feels awesome on mine. Definitely recommended. Also if its just for range duty and not ccw, get the Blackhawk Serpa. Strong, good retention, FAST drawing, and cheap ($40ish). Can't beat it. Couldn't tell ya about the lefty lever tho, sorry....
