MP5K with full length receiver

I snatched this picture up years ago, and was wondering what people thought it would have on the inside:

I'm guessing a MP5K cocking handle support, MP5K bolt carrier and locking piece with a full length MP5 recoil rod. Does that sound right?

I think RDTS does these as well. I know they will do a stretch MPK.

Fleming did some of his MP5k guns like that. He did those with HK94 receivers. Sorry I don't know more about the innards.

The MP5 in your pic appears to be a factory POF SMG PK1 (Pakistani MP5/MP5K hybrid) made under HK license.
