HK 45 safety

Does anyone know how hard it is to switch a HK45 safety to the lefty side? Does it require a gunsmith?

I don't think I can take it anymore, after buying a P30, I'm compelled to sell my Glock 21 for a HK45. :)

It is very easy to swap out the safety on the USP which is basically the same gun as the HK45. I can't really see how it would be any more difficult on the HK45. Instructions can be found here........

You can buy either a Variant 2 (left hand) or ambi-lever directly from HK.
