Hk makes they're own mags!? Do they produce they're own firearms as well?? Alrighty then...reason I'm asking about the mags is that intend to perform some surgery/experiments on 2 or 3 of the cheaper aftermarket variety.

No, just those two. Have fun with your experiments. If your body mods work out well, use HK factory followers, and high quality overpower springs, and they'll work fine. Next comes the responses from everyone saying they wont be reliable for anything other than range use. I don't know if I agree with that, but people will say it. Good luck and keep being innovative. Remember everyone, at some point DokRack was told that there's no point in making mag extensions. At some point someone said you can't make a twin drum mag that holds 100 rounds, but we have that too. We need innovation and imagination in these times.

Are you sure Mec-Gar makes USP Mags? Not listed on their sight. If they did, that would be great. Mec-Gar makes some of the best mags in the business-and at a great price too.

Yeah from what I've read here they do. You are right about their website though, they don't mention it. Supposedly they "secretly" manufacture the mags of various gun companies. Perhaps someone could enlighten us...
