Can't seem to decide which to purchase next. Recently got a uspc .40 and now looking for a 9mm to keep it company. I could careless for the CCW because here in c.a. CCW lisence seems impossible. Any advice with the pros and cons between the P2000sk or the P30/L? P2000 kina seems like just an updated uspc. Both are pretty fairly new....... and expensive... =[

If you can't CCW, you're obviously not a cop. Sorry, but you're not getting a P30 here in California. Even if you could get one in legally or bought it PPT from someone who did, they don't make 10 round magazines for it.
Look for a used P2000 in 9mm.

Go for the P2000 then. Its on the CA approved list and is very similar to the P30. The only major difference is the "spidey grip" but the P2000 still feels great and shoots just as good as the P30.
