Can anyone advise if they carry a P2000 (preferably in 40) for a duty weapon? I am amazed that I haven't found anyone outside ICE or CBP who carries one.
I bought one for a duty gun and am enjoying it immensely. I just wonder if I missed the boat or something? Did I pick a lemon and just don't know it yet?

Is the P-2000 just too small? I'm plenty accurate with it and it holds the same number of rounds as my Sig P-229 (my other favorite...)?

Id carry a USP expert on duty if they would let me. I like the p2k for plain cloths/off duty stuff. Other than that I want a true, full-size pistol with as many rounds as you can stuff in it. (provided I cant have a long gun :) )

the size of it would be a personal preference I would think. And the German police carry the P2k for duty.... so your not alone:100000:

I am retired now and also retired my G19 that I love. Just got two P2K's.
One in 40 and one in 357. Very comfortable to carry concealed.
Both have the LEM trigger's, they are great. Have been thinking about putting the same trigger in my HK45C.
