With evolution comes enlightenment. I can promise you that you will never feel more safer and trust your life in a CCW then when you have a HK at your side. Congrats on your new gun!

Evolution? But I always heard there was no Evolution. God made HK's just the way he wanted them, and gave them dominion over all the lesser guns.

P7M8 is really all you need. It's the ideal carry pistol with the right holster. ;)

Congrats on your new gun! When Glock people say things like that they're called Kool-Aid drinkers. When HK people say things like that they're called intellegent.

I think we're called "Kool-Aid" drinkers as well (mainly by Glock people). I just like to think of it as being "informed." I personally don't like the way the Glock grip feels in my hand, so I don't really plan on getting one anytime soon. I don't know what to get next, though. Another HK or a Sig Sauer, or give the tried and true 1911 a go? I can't exactly afford a USP Tac (which is what I REALLY want), and I really want a Sig Sauer and a 1911. Man these toys are expensive!!!

And a question... Are suppressors class 2 or class 3? I really wanna get a suppressor for the USP Tac that I WILL be getting in the future.

Suppressors are typically described as class 3 firearms, they are really 'Title 2 weapons'. Title 1 weapons are ordinary pistols rifles and shotguns.

Class refers to:
Importers are class 1, manufacturers are class 2 and dealers are class 3.

Either way it is described it doesn't matter... as long as you don't live in one of the 14 states that has made it illegal for a civillian to own a suppressor their is no Federal law that reqires a special permit or license to own one.

Federal law does require require that a $200 'Stamp Tax' be paid for each one bought or made by a person that does not have a a federal firearms license (FFL).

BTW:

Glock 19
USP 40

So I drink both the "Kool-Aids" and in my opinion they are both plenty sweet.

I don't THINK PA has made them illegal. I'll just have to stop by a dealer that sells Title 2 weapons. I haven't found one yet.

And also, would my local gun shop be a Class 3 dealer? They sell guns. So wouldn't they technically be allowed to have guns other than just the regular semi-auto?

No they would not be.

Looks like Buck Solly asked a question he should have made a seperate thread, and it would be a good stand alone thread.

It was mainly just a statement pertaining to someone else's post. No need to be a dick about it.

My first gun was a P2000 in .40 and it's my carry gun. ****in happy?
