How do I remove the recoil spring and plastic buffer on the recoil guide to change springs and buffer.

Also at the HK-USA forum 'Bigbore' told me it doesn't need changing for a while. After how many rounds should I change spring/buffer. 20K? 30K?

By bushing do you mean the little round retention plate on the recoil assembly or the plastic buffer.?
