357 sig conversion barrel for a full size USP??

Has anyone used one of these conversion barrels (EFK, Firedragon, etc)?
If so, what was your experience?
Was it reliable?
Is there one in particular you would recommend?
Did your conversion require anything more than a barrel swap out?

Do a search, this has been discussed dozens of time. Short answer, most do not work reliably. For some reason the USP full size will not work with the plastic mag and .357 SIG round. Even HK tried to do it and could not make it work and abandoned the project.
Most who have tried have had many malfunctions and the only people I can recall who had it work had to do extensive mods to both the barrel and mags to make them work. Not worth the trouble IMO.
