What do you guys load your uspc .40 when you’re carrying it? At the moment I am using federal hydra shok 180gr, is there a better defensive load out there that you guys are using? Also I am about to get night sights put on my uspc, witch ones do you guys recommend?

P2000 and P2000SK. I'm currently using Federal 155 GR JHP, XM40HB. I have Meprolight Tru Dots on both.

I go with the 180 gr. Federal HSTs for carry duty.
WWB in 165 or 180 for plinking/pratice.

I'm a fan of the Speer Gold Dots, 180gr. They do a good 960-980fps out of my USPc. Don't think Federal is bad, but to my knowledge the Speer and Remington stuff is of a more advanced design (bonded core, more reliable expansion etc).
As far as night sights are concerned, I find the Straight 8 configuration as from Heinie to be the quickest. 3-dot system a tad busy for my liking. Only thing I don't like about Heinie is the "pumpkin on post" POI.

For carry, I use Speer Gold Dot 165gr. in my USPc and thier 165gr. "short-barrel" load for my P2000sk.
I use WWB 180gr. FMJ for practice.
I've been thinking about getting one of these and I'd planned to use federal HST in it. Does it work OK?
