I fired my new HK45 today. Used Magtech ammo, the first shot stove piped, but after that it ran flawlessly for 200 rounds(break-in maybe?). Steel silhouettes were too easy.
I even put the first ding in the magwell during a reload so it's mine now:D! This gun rocks!!

Thanks man, can't wait to get some more rounds down range and give the gun some more "character". It's nice to have a .45 I can run hard if I have to. 1911s just don't do it for me anymore (gunsmiths are expensive).

I thought I was done with 45s for ever til I found the USPc 45, cause I got midget women hands and couldnt hold the fullsize comfortably and the only other option was 1911s and they are just not reliably enough for me, but now I got the HK45 too (heard its not much bigger then a 1911)

...Especially in HK. Congrats on the HK45. I have reserved its place in my collection as the SHTF weapon. Now you'll have to put some cool gadgets on it and take pics.

Congrats on the HK, you'll love it. My 45c stove-piped on the first round as well...never had any problems since....

Strange. I had a FTF on the second round ever out of mine. Flawless ever since. Congrats on the 45!
