You do know that none of the receiver parts of a 33 are useable on a 53 besides the trunnion, mag release, sight bases, and bolt head, right? It can be done, but you'll have to modify and/or fabricate every part. Oh, and the triple-frame for the front sight is the same. But the barrel (of course), receiver (again, obviously), cocking tube, cocking tube support, locking piece, bolt carrier, recoil rod, and forearm are all different.
Anyways, google is your friend. Here's the third hit of "hk53 manual pdf":

Maybe not. The 53 parts kits are getting hard to find, and so are expensive. If you're doing the work yourself, you should save some money by going with a 33 parts kit. The difficult part will be getting everything to spec. The difficult part is that there are no blueprints to be found showing how to modify the parts. You need real 53 parts to know how to modify the 33 parts. It is going to involve machining and welding.
If you're paying someone else to do it, you might still save some money, but depending on exactly how they modify the parts, they may or may not be interchangeable with real 53 parts should you need a replacement part later on.

No... it's very do-able. There is some modifications that will have to be done to the barrel, bolt carrier, cocking tube and cocking tube support, etc. But we are here and can shove you in the right direction when needed. We can also maybe help on some items if bribed enough...:D

This will give you an idea of what is involved to convert a 33/93 to a 53.

What we might help you with is the modification of some of your parts. We are NOT licenced builders... just hobbyists.

For a factory correct HK53, you need to contact TSC Machine. I cannot stress this enough.

I third that recommendation, however I remember him telling me he'll only work/build on original german guns.

Unless you're sending in an HK 93 with the build, forget TSC. They will NOT work on clone receivers... they will stress this point.
Your choices for clone builds are Jason at Investment Grade Firearms or Ghillebear Inc. If there are any other builders, let them chime in.
