What can I expect to pay for a used one in nice condition? How bout brand new? Should I get 9mm (I already have a P30) or .40?

Get the CDNN deal....both 40 and 357 barrels.

I got the 9mm because I thought the 40 was a bit snappy when I tried it. Quite a bit of muzzle flip too. I like the extra capacity as well. I paid $750 for mine NIB locally. There are some really nice and hot 9mm rounds being made nowadays as well, not sure I see the need for the .40 cartridge anymore.

if you already have a p30 then get the p2ksk in 9mm so you keep the ammo the same. the cdnn deal is prob the best i have seen but its only for the 357 and 40. expect to pay between high 600 and 700.

Here in Western Washington prices are higher... :(
I've been searching for one recently
At Wades gun store V2 $900
At Champion Arms V3 $815.
I will be checking Sam's soon
So much more then a Glock..... :(

$650 on gunbroker for 9mm and $659 for .40S&W at Budsgunshop.
the caliber is your choice and depends on what you shoot better and what you need.

If you want factory night sights and a third magazine (LEO package), still not a bad deal at $780.

At Sams $829 for V3. You do get a free shooting pass for a month, which is theortically a $300 value if you go every day.
Guns, at least HK's, are not cheap here in Western WA.
