Not certain if this is old news, but I've tried to contact the guys at MLSECPRO, and won an auction on GB, but have not had any emails returned.

Not sure of the scoop, so if there's any info, let me know. Thanks.

The best time to call them is after 1:00 PM eastern time to talk to someone. I've spoke to them several times over the past few weeks and they have been swamped with pre-Obama orders. In fact the were working on a saturday trying to get caught up. I was attempting to check on my order, BTW they've got excellent pricing on USP mags if they haven't ran out.

My order with MLSECPRO arrived at my FFL last week on Wednesday and everything went smoothly. It took them about a week to ship it to me, but they let me know that when I initially placed my order with them (takes additional time to ship a firearm to California... stupid CA laws).

When I would call them for updates on my order status, I found the best time to get ahold of someone was around 10:30 - 11am eastern time. I would definitely recommend calling them rather than sending an email. If nobody answers, listen to their voicemail message for any info. Maybe they're on vacation or something.

Their not big on answering emails or the phone.

Well, I'll give them another try. I know things are crazy since Nov 4, but if I had an auction that sold, I think I'd be trying to receive payment from that person.

But, as it's been said above, they may be a little too crazy these last several weeks.

Thats funny.

Give them some time. They are not open to the general public for in store sales so they get lots of phone call's and emails.

If you are trying to call on a weekend they will not answer. That is there catch up time.

I have never had them not answer an email/pm. It may take them a day to two lately. But they have all ways provided me with answers in short order. It has not matter if they have the part in stock or want to add something to my latest order before it ship's, even on a Saturday.

When I talked to them to buy my SL8-6 I asked if I could pick it up since they are in the 610 area code. The guy said they don't have a storefront, just an office outside of Philly (610 area code) and warehouse somewhere else (CT or NJ? I can't remember).
Thus, even though I was very close to them, I couldn't pick the rifle up, which seemed shady to me but the transaction went very smoothly. They shipped quickly.

Their office is closer to Reading, PA then Philly. They have a office in CT, as well as FL.

I have met with Mike and Tom for drinks. There is nothing shady about their business, it's just that commercial sales aren't their primary business. Thus they are not staffed for it. Their primary business is Govt, Mil, and LE sales.

I just found out about these guys after I went on my post election shopping spree. Wish I would have found them before. Tom and Mitch are both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their prices are very fair and they make it easy to order from them. I will always make them the first call when I need anything for my arsenal.

I had the same issue with a GB auction, and have ordered from the many, many times before. It's the election that has put them back. They answer emails in the order received, and are so swamped that it could take a week to even get an email. If you call a few times eventually you will get them and will skip to your email on the phone with you and send your order out. I know is sounds like a pain, but you can be sure that if they sell it, it is perfect.
