shown with a few of my other HKs, a .45 USP, an HK45, and a P7 PSP.

after picking up a P30 at my local sportsmans warehouse i had to have it. i decided to wait 24 hours to see if i could find it cheaper online, and regretted the wait as soon as the store closed. with that, i was back at the store this morning as soon as the doors opened up. i paid $799.99 out the door and despite the online prices ive heard others have got im happy with the weapon i got at the price i paid because i got it when i wanted it.

expect a full review coming soon.

Man, I want a P30 so bad...

I'm trying to wait until the LEM models are available but it's getting harder by the day.

Being impatient, I feel the exact same way. It's worth giving my local gun dealer a few extra bucks if I can have the gun RIGHT NOW! I know... I am sick. :D

Nice P30L, enjoy. :)

If there not trying to screw you it won't hurt to throw a little a cash at your local dealer.

Enjoy your P30.

Nice looking firearm, I think you did real well. My local Sportsman Warehouse hasn' had more the 10 guns in stock since the election. Every shippment is gone by weeks end. The price you paid was not out of line. I've only seen one & it was $989.00 + tax.
Sometimes you can bit the bear, but most of the time he bite you.
Please give us a range report.

Congrats on the P30. You still did better than me as I paid $820 for mine. But I like my local dealer and the gun was right there so I paid. Maybe a little high, but I really like the gun so I think that's what's most important.

Nice purchase. Saw one at my dealer the other day, in the $879 range. Thought the trigger take up was a little long when in SA, if you have shot it, let me know what you think. Don't know about the reset, that is why I was wondering.

Thanks

The trigger is the P30's (as well as most of the other HK handguns) weak point. The single action has almost a full length reset.

As of right now nothing can be done to shorten up the reset. I know Gray Guns are currently working on fixing this but they haven't announced anything yet.

I think it basically means "Made in Germany".

Best bet is to call over to cdnn and have Marshall put you on the list. He will call you as soon as they get them.

Take that with a grain of salt, and follow up if you get on the list. I was put on their list about a month ago, and unless they haven't gotten any in in the last month, sometimes names get lost.

So call em every week or so and just check in.
