Does HK make factory adjustable sights for the HK USP CT? According to this seller, THESE (http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=120503101) won't fit the compacts. I figure they have to have made some because the regular sights on the gun would be blocked by a suppressor.

It appears to me that the USP CT 45 and the USP 45 c have identical slides. I will look at them tonight. In other words, I think any sights that fit a USPc will fit a USP CT. I literally just walked in the door with my new CT so let me go look.

Nope, I am sad to report that it looks like you are screwed.
The slides appear identical:

but where the sights are they are not:

Note that the CT has a wider slot and cutout for the rear sight. The pics aren't great but if you look real closely you can see that they are different by maybe 1mm. The fronts, not pictured, appear to be the same.
That is strange though that the rears are different because all the other parts seem interchangeable (I tried the mags, slide, bbl, recoil spring, lowers, and assembly pins). Here's the Compact with the CT bbl in it.

Sorry, HTH. Next, I'll see if they are the same as the regular USP 45 Tactical.

The dovetail for the Full and Compact are the same. I've had mepros go from one to the other with no problem. Take your gun to a shop that sells the sights and installs too.

What kind of sights are on your USP CT? Is the rear sight adjustable?

Did we ever find a vendor that offerred these. I went to the dealer today to play with an EVO45 I'm trying to purchase and you could not get a sight picture with the sights that came on my USP CT.

Will the Meprolight adjustable sights for the full size Tactical work since there was some mention about the slide being different on the CT?

Sights on the CT are Novak & they are fixed. Heinie also offers a set of fixed sights. Both clear a suppressor with an 07 front blade.

I don't care what it looks like, the slides on the USPC and the USPCT are identical with the only differences between slides being the same differences you would find between any two USPC slides.
If you do not need tall sights to see over a can, a set of adjustable night sights I bet my life on daily are the MMC adjustable night sights. I have posted pictures and written about them many times so a search should turn up multiple posts.
If you do need a tall set, adjustables might be a bit tougher to find. Sights for the USP Tactical will not work properly on the USPCT.
On my CT that I cloned before the release of the CT to civilians I am running a set of Heinie like the ones used on the first CTs before they were released to civilians, however they are not adjustable except for windage as are all "fixed" sights but they are very nice and will see over a can.

Hey Big Bore, I've been looking at getting a set of MMC's night sights for my USPc 45 and I'm still debating on the adjustable or just the straight set. The main point is cost, for the straight set with tubes it's $89, period, while the adjustable ones are $139 w/ tubes and I'm wondering if $50 difference is worth it. I was also wondering if you knew anything about the difference in the two finishes (Teflon and black oxide), or at least insight on which you have on yours. Thanks in advance.

It's worth it to me because I like the adjustables since I can sight in the way I want. I don't like the bullets hitting behind the dot so adjustable sights let me sight in any way I want. However, they will not see over a can. On my CT I put the ones on that HK originally had on the CT, the Heinie compact tactical straight 8. They are not adjustable though. As to the finish on the MMCs, call MMC about that. There was something about them that I cannot recall exactly. The standard is black oxide and there was some reason I did not get the Teflon. I recall wanting it but either they said it really was not needed or was not available on the sight. It would be best to call them. I know mine are showing wear on the side of the sight housing but that doesn't concern me at all.

I have sent them an email about the black oxide/Teflon..and I'm not really worried if the finish gets worn some or not, I'm more worried about corrosion. I don't plan on changing much on my SS USPc as I am just wanting it as a carry weapon. If I go the route of a Compact Tactical, I will definitely find one or build one up like you have, but it would mainly be a range gun.
