Question re: .45 USP full size

Good Morning, Does anyone know if parts are available or a readily available "variant" of the USP or the new models that has "magazine disconnect" functionality, where by when the magazine is removed, the gun cannot be fired with a round in the chamber?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

If I understand you question, the answer is no. I don't believe that any USPs have the mag safety whereas is will not fire without a mag in place. Noone that I am aware makes any conversion parts to accomplish this.
