Custom IWB holster?

I am looking for a good quality IWB for my USP compact (.40/357sig) that will allow the use of the B&T rail adapter and Lasermax LAM. My first choice would be the Blade tech ultimate concealement IWB, but it doesn't allow the use of the lasermax LAM. Does anyone know of a quality manufacturer that will make a custom holster to accomodate my needs? My alternative would be paying out the a** for a custom one off Allesi.

If you just want to carry the gun without the rail adapter I would recommend the Milt Sparks Summer Special II IWB, I have one for my HK P2000 and love it, they are great holsters and well made. Given the fact that Milt Sparks is a custom gun leather company if you call them direct they may custom make one for your gun so you will be able to use your rail adapter....
