I was at the range almost all day with my P30 & AR, put about 1000+ rds thru my P30 without one malfunction. Man I love this pistol!!! I shot american eagle ball 9mm, federal duty ammo, never let me down when I had to transition to my secondary weapon. Using both of my holsters, Blade-tech & safariland 6280 glock 21 w/ surefire X200 holster. A++ My AR w/ Aimpoint T-1 also did awesome, shooting about 1100 rds with only a few malfuctions.

I love my P30 also. But I was wondering what type of malfunctions you had in your AR?
I personally would not consider any malfs in 1000 rounds acceptable in my rifles, unless clearly shooter induced.

I had two malfuctions both where mag issues with my only HK mag (sorry guys but it true), after that I used nothing but Pmags and the problem was fixed. Keep in mind that I was running drills not just standing at a range shooting.

Nice, good report! I'm off to Targetmaster now to put 1 or 2 hundred through my new USP CT and break her in like a wild pony!

I am glad your getting flawless performance out of your p30. I can report no different of my p30L.

its a TA01NSN w/ RCO tenebrex killflash. I removed the pointless buis, plus it kept getting cought on my gear when I would transition to my secondary weapon during runnin & gunnin drills.

What laser did you mount to your P30 and does it stay sighted?

Wow, 1,000 rounds of 223 and 1,000 rounds of 9mm in one session/ day?! Nice!

Too rich for my blood, though. :(

I was looking into purchasing an ACOG and the TA01NSN was one of the versions I was considering. I'm torn between the cross hair or chevron models. How do you like it?

I've owned both, love both. I would have to say I like the Chevron on the TA31RCO. But I sold it a few years back to my friend that was being deployed overseas. He needed it more then I did and didnt have the money to buy a new one. I bought the TA01NSN because I got a good price.

i have this exact scope with back up iron sights with cross hairs with yellow crosshairs at night and its the most accurate and reliable scope i have ever owned i use it on my colt m4 with 16 inch barrel ,the groups on this at 300 meters you have to see to believe! Anyway i think i paid 1,100 for mine a few years back and its still working like it was brand new out of the box and has a durable finish , However im thinking about removing the back up iron sights and bolting on a doctor red dot that would be the ultimate setup !!

Unfortunately you are not the first to report less than reliable HK AR mags. Nice 1911 btw.
