I've never heard of this conversion, but you could go with a variant 9 (right handed) or 10 (left handed), safety lever only, no de-cock, and just not use the DA feature. I think, but am not sure, the threads are the same.

not sure of the thread pattern, but the Variant swap exists, but I don't know of anyone who's done it.

Bruce Gray can convert your gun to SAO for $200.00.
Go to grayguns.com. Very nice folks! I'm sending them my Expert this month.

Thread sizes are the same, Tactical USP/C and HK45/C Tactical.
HK does not offer a SAO variant and if that is what you want, you will need Bruce Gray to do the conversion as mentioned.
The variant that HK offers that a lot of people get confused over is the V9/10. It is SA/DA SAFE ONLY with no decock and is designed for those who like to ride the safety and carry cocked and locked, but it is still the standard SA/DA trigger.
