LEM trigger was not working right, called HK Tues morn. After I told them what was going on, they seemed a little suprised, issued a RA, and told me to send it in...One thing I forgot to tell them (I'll call tommorrow) is that in the chamber of the barrel there is a "line" that goes all the way around, about 2/3 the way down.(possible machining error??) I can just barely feel it with a pick, and it does leave a matching mark on the brass, It has no effect on accuracy, But I reload, and I'm wondering how this could affect brass life.My USP dosen't have this. So, if HK would replace the bbl, would I get a matching numbered barrel, or a mismatch?? or do you think they'll write it off as "within specs"? I really like the P-2000, but I seemed to have drawn the short straw here...

Don't know about the P2000 but my USPc9 has the same chamber charactaristic. My brass does the same thing. Normal.

What was wrong with the trigger?

It was not working all the time..usually when the slide was racked, the first shot would be in stock DA mode instead of LEM, If the slide release was used then about 1/2 the time it would engage.. After the first round, it would engage normally. This a NIB pistol, I'm betting it was something simple like a spring breaking, and I've no doubt they'll fix it and it'll be 100% when it gets back..Anyway, they should have it by about 10:30 tommorrow morning..
