I thought I was sick............... Guess I was wrong. But I had a girlfriend back in the 80's that told me. " If a gun would S!!!K and F***k... You'ld probably marry one." I said, "Yeah." That relationship didn't last much longer.

Sorry for my reply in the Newbe section.I'm starting to remember.

Traded towards a puff HK 93 IC: Browning Citori, Browning repro Winchester (97%) mod 71 .348Win., S&W mod 29 repro 6 1/2" (didn't shoot half as good as my 29-2, 29-3, or 629-3), plus more,more $$$.

Very happy with the HK93.......... Miss that Browning .348 might buy it back.

I liquidated my entire gun collection (save my Grandfather's .22) to fund additional HK purchases after I shot my HK94 for the first time. However, the lowest I've probably sunk was a few years back. My wife and I had just had our first kid, we were paying off bills, and playing catch-up b/c she was still on maternity leave from work. As fate would have it, there was a gunshow on the VERY SAME day I got our federal tax returns. I don't know how it happened, but my "fun" somehow convinced me that $1200 for an unfired .45 P9S Target w/box/papers/manual/target/extra mags was a justifiable purchase under ANY circumstances.

The amazing thing was, my wife was totally supportive of my decision!

Default I sold 3 to get 2...

and don't regret it. A much treasured Belgian BHP, Para Ordnance P-13, and a Beretta 92FS for 2 HK45's...I tried to trade the cat (superb mole hunter) for extra mags but that didn't work.

At my house if it's not nailed down its for sale or trade. If it is nailed down, you get to pull out the nails if you want it. I have sold computers, cars, phones, tools and labor for guns.

I actually refied my truck to get the 2k in equity out.

I never thought of my left nut, but it just might have to go. Thanks for the idea sniper1. Who needs both testicles when you have a MP5 anywho?

I really, really do. The problem is that I own a home, 2 cars and have a really expensive habit. My second job (Marine Corps) makes me loose about 6-10k a year... Ya got a job for me? I'm highly talented in everything from engineering and drafting to commanding an M1A1 tank and I'm a pro at getting guns for almost nothing.

Have gun, will travel.

Anyone?
